My name is Victoria, and I am an experienced and accredited counsellor offering face-to-face counselling in Exeter. I work in quiet, comfortable rooms in a central location.  I also offer online counselling via video call.  If you are experiencing some difficulty in your life, or feeling unable to find a way forward, I can offer you a safe and confidential space to talk things through.  I can help you with most of life's issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and trauma.  I have particular interest in women's health issues throughout life, and also ADHD in women, particularly late-diagnosed.

How I can help 

I offer brief therapy (up to 12 weeks) and I will support you towards understanding yourself better, and finding your own ways forward.  I believe that the key to successful counselling is in establishing a trusting relationship, where you feel listened to and understood.  This can enable you to explore topics which might feel too difficult to discuss with family or friends. Counselling is most effective if we commit to meet weekly - I offer a free, brief introductory session via Zoom or phone to discuss if we are a good match.
